Delicious Sausage And Egg Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lite sausage
    6 eggs, beaten
    8 slices 40 calorie bread
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 c. milk
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain grease.
    Add to beaten eggs.
    Tear bread into pieces.
    Add to egg mixture.
    Add rest of ingredients. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Refrigerate 12 hours. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Makes 6 large servings.
