Rhubarb-Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. strawberries, cut in half
    2 c. rhubarb, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. quick cooking tapioca or 6 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. grated orange rind (optional)
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    Pour into 9-inch pie crust and place top crust over filling.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until nicely browned.
