Baked Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can pork and beans (or 2 small)
1 medium chopped onion
1 chopped bell pepper
3 or 4 slices bacon
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. mustard (can use less)
1 small bottle catsup
Preparation

Fry bacon until crisp; save grease and add onion and peppers to grease and saute until done.
Add pork and beans, mustard, brown sugar and catsup.
Mix all ingredients and put in casserole, adding crumbled bacon.
Place in oven and cook until juice thickens.
