Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 c. milk

Preparation

Heat oil in iron skillet until very hot.
Pour batter in stream, overlapping to connect the batter.
Fry until golden; turn over and cook the other side.
Drain on paper towels.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar or cinnamon and powdered sugar mix.
