Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. hamburger
    2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 c. water
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    3 Tbsp. Tender Quick salt
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Makes 3 rolls.
    Wrap each roll in foil with shiny side toward meat.
    Seal tight.
    Store in refrigerator for 24 hours.
    Place in pan with rack.
    Tilt rack, if possible.
    Punch with fork 4 to 5 times in bottom end that is down.
    Bake 90 minutes at 325\u00b0.
