Onion Rings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    4 large white onions, sliced round
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. water
    1/3 c. cream
    1 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt, egg white, oil, cream and water.
    Beat until well moistened.
    Coat onion rings with batter.
    Fry a few at a time in deep fat until brown. Drain on paper towels.
