Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
Preparation
    Make white sauce out of the first 5 ingredients.
    Put half the potatoes in a greased 2-quart casserole.
    Cover with half the onion and half the white sauce.
    Repeat layers.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Uncover; continue baking until top is browned.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
