Buffalo Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

30 chicken wings (approximately 4 1/2 lb.)
5 Tbsp. Tabasco
5 Tbsp. butter, melted
4 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
celery sticks
Ranch or Blue cheese
Preparation

Cut wing tips off.
Discard.
Cut each wing in half.
Arrange wings on broiler pan rack.
Broil 6 inches from heat until browned, turning occasionally (25 to 30 minutes).
Heat butter, Tabasco and vinegar in small pan.
When wings are browned, place on serving tray, alternating with celery sticks.
Drizzle butter mixture over wing sections only.
