Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. grated zucchini
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt, baking soda, nutmeg
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. lemon peel or juice to taste
nuts (optional)
Preparation

Mix zucchini, sugar and egg; blend in oil.
Stir together flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, nutmeg and baking powder.
Add lemon peel or juice.
Blend in nuts (optional).
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour (check after 50 minutes or so).
Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan.
