Brie Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can mandarin oranges (11 oz. size), drained
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. orange extract
4 oz. pecans, finely ground
1 Brie cheese wheel (size can vary, 3 lb. size is good)
Preparation

Save out a few orange slices for garnish; chop up the rest in food processor. Mix chopped orange, cream cheese and orange extract together well. Set aside 2/3 of this mix to be used later. Split the Brie into 2 layers, spread the orange mix as in \"icing\" between the layers; spread the ground nuts on the \"icing\", put layers together. Use the 2/3 previously set aside to \"ice\" the Brie which has been filled. Decorate with orange slices and nasturtium leaves or blossoms.
