Corn Bread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
    12 oz. pkg. sliced bacon
    2 boiled eggs, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 large tomatoes, chopped
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. mayo
Preparation
    Bake corn bread mix according to directions.
    Cool.
    Crumble into a large bowl.
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    Cool.
    Crumble into large bowl with corn bread.
    Add other ingredients and toss or mix thoroughly with a light hand.
    Refrigerate.
    Will keep several days.
