Deep Dish Vegetable Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 deep dish pie shell (cooked to light brown)
    1 1/2 sliced zucchini
    1 small chopped onion
    8 oz. mushrooms
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Saute ingredients in 1/4 cup butter and drain.
    Toss in 1 cup sliced or cubed tomato.
    Pour in shell.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
