Jap Chae(Potato Noodle With Mixed Vegetables) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. potato noodles (cook until clear and gently rinse and drain)
    2 large onions, slice and stir-fry
    3 large carrots, slice and stir-fry
    10 shiitake mushrooms, soak, slice and stir-fry
    5 Tbsp. soy sauce
    5 Tbsp. sesame oil
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. black pepper
    3 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
    1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
    3 stalks scallions, sliced and cooked a minute
Preparation
    Cut in half or 1/4 the cooked noodles; stir-fry.
    Add soy sauce, sugar, black pepper, toasted sesame seed, chopped garlic, sliced scallions.
