Cream Of Crab Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crabmeat
1 vegetable bouillon cube
1 c. boiling water
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
few drops Tabasco
1 qt. milk
parsley flakes
Preparation

Dissolve
bouillon
in
water.
Cook onion in butter or margarine
until
tender.
Blend in flour and seasonings.
Add milk
and bouillon gradually.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
Add crabmeat and heat, but do not boil.
Garnish with parsley.
Serves 6.
