Ingredients

2 unbaked (9-inch) pie shells
3/4 stick margarine, melted
3 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. pineapple pieces, drained
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour into crusts.
Bake at 275\u00b0 approximately 1 hour, until lightly browned.
