Chili Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. shoyu sauce
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 garlic clove
    1 tsp. chili powder
    4 to 5 lb. chicken wings or drummettes
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    flour
    salt
Preparation
    Lightly salt chicken, coat with flour and fry until cooked. Boil first four (4) ingredients until mixture just thickens.
    Add green onions after heat has been turned off.
    Either dip chicken in sauce or pour sauce on chicken and serve.
