Eggs Avocado - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 ripe avocado, mashed
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    a few drops garlic juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    6 eggs, hard-boiled
Preparation
    Mash the pulp from the avocado.
    Mix with the lemon juice, garlic juice, salt and pepper to taste, mustard, melted butter and vinegar.
    Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove yolks.
    Put yolks through sieve and add to avocado mix.
    Taste for seasoning and fill egg whites.
