Chocolate Chip-Banana Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 ripe bananas, mashed
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate mini morsels
Preparation

Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating well at medium speed of an electric mixer.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
Stir in bananas.
Combine flour and next 3 ingredients.
Add to creamed mixture, alternately with milk.
Beat until blended.
Stir in mini morsels.
Spray Pam on the bottom of each cup of a muffin tin.
Pour in batter until 2/3 full.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes about 18 muffins.
