Julia'S Easy Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 whole egg
    2 egg yolks
    8 oz. margarine
Preparation
    Bring lemon juice and water to the simmer; add salt.
    In separate saucepan, beat egg and yolks with wire whip for about 1 minute.
    Set yolk mixture over low heat and whisk in hot lemon juice by driblets.
    Slowly whisk until forms a foamy mass; remove from heat.
    Immediately beat in warm melted margarine by driblets to make a thick, creamy, light yellow sauce.
