Herbed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium potatoes
1 medium onion
1/2 tsp. crushed oregano or basil
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Thinly slice potatoes and onion.
Put half of the potatoes and half of the onion.
Sprinkle with half of the seasoning.
Drizzle with half of the butter.
Repeat the steps in a casserole dish. Cover with foil and bake on 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Uncover and bake for 10 to 20 minutes more or until the potatoes are tender.
