Rolled Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Duncan Hines spice cake mix
1 egg
2 Tbsp. undiluted frozen orange juice concentrate
2 Tbsp. butter

Preparation

Combine egg, orange juice and butter.
Slowly add cake mix.
If too stiff, add more orange juice concentrate.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill.
Roll about 1/8-inch thick and bake on greased cookie sheets for 5 to 8 minutes at 325\u00b0.
(Can also use chocolate mix and Kahlua.)
