Cheese Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3 buds garlic, pressed, or 3 1/4 tsp. garlic juice
    3/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    8 oz. medium cheese
    chili powder
    cayenne pepper (optional, for more spicy taste)
Preparation
    Grate cheese; mix together with softened cream cheese, garlic and nuts.
    Knead with hands.
    Form into rolls and sprinkle with chili powder and cayenne pepper (very small amount of pepper). Put roll in wax paper.
    Chill 3 or 4 hours.
    Slice thin to serve.
