Turkish Kofte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground meat (turkey or hamburger)
    2 Tbsp. ground cumin
    1/4 c. finely chopped onions
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    garlic to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Form balls (about golf ball size), then flatten. These may be fried, baked in oven (350\u00b0) for approximately 3 to 5 minutes per side or barbecued. When cooked, they should resemble small hamburger patties.
