Roasted Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 turnips, peeled
    1 sweet onion, cut in half and then sliced
    1 red bell pepper, cored and then sliced
    1 fennel bulb, sliced
    olive oil
Preparation
    On a large cookie sheet, add all ingredients, making sure the olive oil covers all vegetables. Roast at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 4.
