Crock-Pot Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. tomatoes (10 to 12 medium-large)
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    4 Tbsp. oil
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. salt (optional)
Preparation
    Chop tomatoes in blender (with peelings on).
    Cook in crock-pot on high (covered) for 6 hours.
    Then add all other ingredients.
    Cook for 2 hours more on high.
    Cold pack for 10 minutes or freeze.
