Country Crust Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
1 c. warm milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
2 eggs
1/4 c. canola oil
6 to 6 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Stir in sugar and salt in warm milk; add eggs and oil.
Add 3 cups flour.
Beat until smooth. Mix in remaining flour to make dough easy to handle.
Turn dough onto floured board.
Knead until smooth and doesn't stick to hands.
Place in a greased bowl.
Cover; let rise in a warm place until double in bulk.
Punch down dough; divide in half. Knead and shape into loaves.
Brush loaves with oil.
Let rise until double. Bake at 375\u00b0 until golden brown, about 40 to 45 minutes.
Brush loaves with butter.
