Basic White Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Melt butter in small pan.
Blend in flour and stir constantly about 1 minute.
Remove from heat.
Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Season with salt and pepper.
Yield: 1 cup.
