Deluxe Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced raw potatoes
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. finely chopped onions
    3 c. water
    2 c. scalded milk
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, celery and onion in water in covered pan until very tender.
    Do not drain.
    Mash or press potatoes to break up pieces.
    Add milk, bouillon cubes and butter.
    Continue cooking slowly.
    Mix sour cream and flour until smooth.
    Add to soup and cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and bouillon cubes are dissolved.
    Stir in salt and pepper.
