Cowboy'S Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can chickpeas, drained
    2 (1 lb. each) cans cut green beans, drained
    1 large sweet red onion, thinly sliced
    3/4 c. salad oil
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Combine chickpeas, green beans and onion in a large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and beat well to blend flavors.
    Add to vegetables and toss lightly.
    Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours before serving.
    Makes 10 servings.
