Pineapple Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. evaporated milk
    3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
    2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine milk, sugar and butter.
    Heat slowly to boiling point. Add pineapple and cook over medium heat to 235\u00b0 to soft-ball stage, stirring constantly.
    Cool.
    Add lemon juice.
    Beat until candy loses gloss.
    Turn into buttered pan.
    Garnish with pecan halves.
