Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. Cream cheese, room temp
8 1/2 oz. Crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1 tbsp. season salt
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except for 1 c. pecans and mix well. Refrigerate until firm. Shape into a ball and roll in remaining pecans.
