Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 small onion, minced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes (undrained)
Preparation
    Gently pull off eight large cabbage leaves.
    Simmer in 1 inch of boiling water, covered, for 5 minutes.
    Drain.
