Oven Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chuck beef stew
6 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
4 stalks celery, sliced
6 carrots, peeled and sliced
3 medium onions, peeled and quartered
2 cans condensed tomato soup
1 1/2 cans water
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
Preparation

You don't even brown the meat.
Just put all the ingredients in a large Dutch oven with a cover or a casserole.
Cook in the oven for 2 1/2 hours at 375\u00b0, stirring occasionally.
