Sunday Brunch Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices white bread
    3 c. sharp Cheddar, grated
    3 c. Jack cheese, grated
    7 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 (4 oz.) can diced chiles (optional)
    1 c. ham, onions, crisp bacon (optional)
    1 c. cooked sausage (optional)
    1 c. chopped spinach (optional)
Preparation
    Line greased 9 x 13-inch Pyrex pan with bread.
    Cover with cheeses and the options of your choice.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over bread and cheese.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 8 to 12.
    Salsa makes a tasty garnish.
