Cheese And Ortega Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. mild cheese, grated
    1 (7 oz.) can Ortega peppers (blue can)
    1 c. Bisquick
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Place in layers:
    cheese and peppers.
    Mix together Bisquick, eggs, salt and milk. Pour over the layered cheese and Ortegas. Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0, uncovered.
