Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. round steak, cut in small pieces
    3 c. carrots
    2 c. celery
    1 onion
    1 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 tsp. sugar
    salt and pepper
    1 can beef broth
    1 can mushroom soup
    5 to 6 medium potatoes, cut up in large pieces
Preparation
    This may be baked at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours or at 300\u00b0 for 3 1/2 hours.
    Add potatoes last (bake for the last 45 minutes to an hour).
