Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans fruit cocktail
2 cans mandarin oranges
2 cans pineapple tidbits
1 jar maraschino cherries
2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cartons Cool Whip
Preparation

Drain all fruit well.
Save only the pineapple juice.
Combine juice with vanilla pudding mix.
Beat 2 minutes until smooth.
Add Cool Whip.
Fold in fruit.
Decorate top with cherries.
Delicious with Lemon Lightning Cake.
