Imitation Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. imitation crab flakes
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (1/2 lb.)
1/3 c. onion, minced fine (1 small onion)
1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Spread thinly on two cookie pans (11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1-inch).
Broil in oven until cheese is melted and top is nicely browned (about 5 minutes).
Serve with wheat crackers.
