Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. light mayonnaise
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 c. red seedless grapes, cut in half
4 McIntosh apples, cored and cut into 1-inch chunks
2 Tbsp. walnuts, chopped
Preparation

In a large bowl, whisk together the lemon juice and mayonnaise until well combined. Add the remaining ingredients, except the walnuts and toss to coat. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Just before serving, sprinkle chopped walnuts over the top.
