Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. corn oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    4 c. grated carrots
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Grease\tand
    flour
    a 10-inch tube pan.
    Whisk together corn oil
    and
    sugar.
    Stir
    together flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking
    soda
    and salt.
    Stir 1/2 the dry ingredients into\tthe sugar-oil
    mixture\tand blend.
    Alternately stir in rest of
    dry ingredients
    while adding eggs, one by one.
    Mix well.
    Add carrots, raisins and nuts.\tPour into prepared pan and bake at 360\u00b0 for 70 minutes.
