Dilly Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 tsp. red cayenne pepper flakes per pt.
    1 clove garlic per pt.
    1 head dill or 1 tsp. dill seed per pt.
    yellow wax beans or green beans
    3 c. water
    2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. salt
Preparation
    Put first 3 ingredients in each pint.
    Snip ends of beans. Place in cold water and bring to boil.
    Boil for 15 minutes. Drain.
    Pack lengthwise into sterilized pint jars.
    Then bring 3 cups water, vinegar and salt to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Pour over beans and seal tightly.
