Basic Sourdough Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 envelope active dry yeast or 1 Tbsp.
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. warm water (105~)
    3 Tbsp. potato flakes
    1 c. flour
    1 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. potato flakes
Preparation
    Leave out of refrigerator for 24 hours.
    Makes 3 to 4 cups.
