Romaine Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head romaine
1/2 c. olive oil
4 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 clove chopped garlic
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. black olives
1/2 c. green olives
Preparation

Clean romaine and cut into bite-size.
Drain and place in refrigerator until crisp.
When ready to serve, place in bowl. Mix all ingredients.
Toss and serve.
Serves 4.
