Zucchini Casserole For Six - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium zucchini, sliced 1/2-inch thick
    1/3 c. onion, chopped
    6 Tbsp. melted margarine, divided
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can condensed cream of chicken or cream of celery soup
    1 c. shredded carrot
    2 c. seasoned bread crumbs, divided
Preparation
    Saute zucchini and onion in 4 tablespoons of the melted margarine until vegetables are barely tender.
    Stir together the sour cream, soup and shredded carrot in a 1 1/2-quart greased baking dish.
    Toss remaining crumbs and butter together; sprinkle on top of casserole.
    Bake for 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Yields 6 servings.
