Chicken Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. boneless chicken breasts
    4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
    4 boiled potatoes, sliced
    Chopped sweet pickles
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    Mayonnaise
    Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil chicken until cooked.
    Remove from pot and set aside to cool.
    When chicken is cooled, dice and place in bowl.
    Combine chicken, hard-boiled eggs, potatoes and chopped sweet pickle.
    Mix well.
    Add salt and pepper to taste, mayonnaise (to desired consistency) and olive oil.
    Mix well.
    Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours before serving.
