Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chuck beef, cut in small strips
4 onions
1 can bouillon
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1/2 pt. sour cream
Preparation

Slice onions and fry in a little butter with the strips of meat which have been rolled in flour, salt and pepper.
Add bouillon and simmer 2 to 3 hours.
Peel mushrooms and add 30 minutes before serving.
Stir in sour cream just before removing from the heat.
Serves 4.
