Taffy Apple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained (keep juice)
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 Tbsp. white vinegar
1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
2 c. diced Jonathan apples
1 1/2 c. Spanish peanuts
Preparation

Combine drained pineapple with marshmallows.
Cover and set overnight.
Take pineapple juice, egg, vinegar, sugar and flour and heat until thick.
Cool overnight in fridge.
Next day, cut up apples and add marshmallow/pineapple mixture.
Add other mixture and mix together.
Add peanuts and Cool Whip.
Mix and serve.
