Macaroni & Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lb. Velvetta cheese
    2 1/2 c. uncooked macaroni
    1 qt. milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt butter in 1 1/2qt. baking dish.
    Pour macaroni into melted butter - stir until coated.
    Cut cheese into pieces.
    Add salt, pepper, cheese & milk to macaroni.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hrs. uncovered.
    Do not stir while baking!
