    1/4 c. butter or margarine
2 green peppers in large pieces
    10 small white onions, peeled
4 large tomatoes, cut in wedges or whole cherry tomatoes
4 celery stalks, cut in pieces
    3/4 c. sour cream
1/2 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. paprika

Brown pieces of chicken in butter in a large skillet or Dutch oven.
Add peppers, onions, tomatoes and celery.
    Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.

Heat just to boiling point over moderate heat, stirring constantly.
Pour sauce over chicken and vegetables.
