Broccoli Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped broccoli
    1 c. sliced onion
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. oil
    8 eggs, lightly beaten
    3/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. basil
Preparation
    Saute broccoli, onions, mushrooms, green pepper, salt and pepper in oil until broccoli is crisp-tender (5 to 10 minutes). Cool slightly.
    Combine eggs, milk, cheese and basil; blend thoroughly.
    Stir into mixture in skillet.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until knife inserted comes clean.
    Makes 6.
